At LIBASTINO, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. To maintain the integrity of our "Redefining Women's Fashion" mission, we have a tiered return policy based on the nature of the garment:

1. Hand-Crafted & Handwork Collection

Because our hand-crafted pieces are intricately detailed and made with significant artisanal labor, we do not accept returns on these items for "change of mind" or personal preference.

•  Defects Only: Returns for this collection are only accepted if the item is received with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

• Inspection: Every handwork piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If you receive a defective piece, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

 

2. Ready-to-Wear (Normal) Collection

For our standard apparel collection, we offer a more flexible return policy:

• 7-Day Returns: You may return regular items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Refund will be credited within 5-7 days to the original source of payment method.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To start a return/exchange for a defective hand-crafted item or a standard garment, please email support@libastino.com with your Order Number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the next steps.

Replacement/exchanged products will be delivered within 6-7 days.
