We offer both. Our product titles and descriptions clearly state whether an item is a "Ready-to-Wear" gown/set or an "Unstitched Suit Set." Unstitched sets provide fabric for the kurta, pants, and dupatta, allowing you to customize the fit with your local tailor.
How should I care for my LIBASTINO apparel?
Due to the delicate nature of hand-crafted Zardozi and Gota Patti work, we strictly recommend Dry Clean Only. This ensures the metallic threads and fabric retain their luster for years to come.
What is your return policy?
To maintain the exclusivity of our artisanal pieces, we only accept returns or exchanges for Damaged or Defective items. If you receive a faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
Do you offer refunds?
Once a return is approved for a defective item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
